SULFATREAT* HP is a non-hazardous granular material used in the removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from natural gas streams, through batch-processing treatment. It has improved reaction characteristics and also removes methyl and ethyl mercaptans. SULFATREAT HP is solid, unlike nearly all other scavengers which are liquids, and therefore prevents foaming or carryover. Its reactions are predictable and reliable under a wide range of conditions.
